If you arrive significantly late and the appointment can no longer be carried out safely or within the allocated time, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation or no-show.
All clients must complete the required consultation and medical screening information honestly and accurately before treatment.
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, recent procedures, surgeries, pregnancy, breastfeeding or other circumstances that may affect treatment suitability.

Where Valentine Aesthetics determines that a treatment is unsuitable on safety grounds, the treatment may be postponed or cancelled.
Where appropriate, clients may be advised to seek advice from their GP or another suitably qualified healthcare professional before treatment.
Individual treatment results vary from person to person.
Results can be affected by factors including individual physiology, lifestyle, hydration, diet, exercise, existing medical conditions and adherence to aftercare advice.
Valentine Aesthetics does not guarantee a specific result, measurement or degree of fat reduction or body contouring.
Before-and-after photographs, where used, are intended to demonstrate individual client experiences and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of results.
Treatments will only be performed on areas that have been assessed as suitable.
Valentine Aesthetics reserves the right to amend the treatment area or treatment plan where necessary for safety, suitability or client comfort.

Valentine Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
